For nearly 30 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families, istening, observing, and supporting them through growth, struggle, and self-discovery. I’ve learned to recognize unspoken needs and honor each person’s unique journey.
Now, as an Expressive Arts Therapist, I bring that same experience and compassion to helping people explore mental health, emotional growth, healing, and self-understanding.
My goal is simple: to walk with you as you uncover new possibilities and discover your own resilience.

Expressive Arts Therapy is a powerful, creative approach that invites you to explore emotions, navigate challenges, and reconnect with your true self.
In a safe, welcoming space, it weaves together visual arts, writing, drama, music, voice, and movement, helping you amplify your inner voice, discover fresh perspectives, and spark deep, transformative growth.

Expressive Arts Therapy is a creative, integrative approach that uses art to support healing, growth, and self-discovery. When words aren’t enough, moving between art forms helps you process emotions, tap into inner wisdom, and gain fresh perspectives.
VISUAL ARTS
From drawing, collage and more, visual arts allow you to shape complex feelings, memories, and ideas.
Creating or transforming an image can be deeply cathartic, offering insight and clarity with no artistic skill required.

POETRY & CREATIVE WRITING
Whether through poetry, journaling, or storytelling, writing offers a safe way to express emotions, reframe experiences, and uncover new meaning in your personal story.
PLAY
Play isn’t just for kids. It is a powerful tool for exploration and growth. Through role-playing, visualization, and hands-on activities, play creates a safe space to experiment, process emotions, and discover creative solutions.

MOVEMENT
Movement taps into the body’s wisdom, using spontaneous, authentic expression to release tension, process emotions, and deepen mind-body connection.
Gentle exploration, or role-play allows emotions to be felt, moved, and integrated.
MUSIC & VOICE
Music and voice provide a universal, non-verbal path to emotion and self-expression. Listening, creating sounds, or singing can evoke feelings, reduce anxiety, stimulate creativity, and foster emotional release and inner harmony.
